I loved this incredibly beautiful and glamourous shoot with Sheevani and Zach starting at the Liberty Hotel. We then made it over to Beacon Hill and found some fun spots including this fantastic alleyway.
Here are a few sneak peeks as well as a few word about their story from the couple!
How did you two meet?
We met in Boston while attending law school. We were both spending our first year in Boston as 1L students (Zach is from Colorado, and I am from New Jersey). We were in all the same classes, but never spoke to each other. we always knew of each other, but never paid any mind to the other. It wasn’t until the end of our first year when all the 1Ls were out celebrating the end of the first year of law school that we finally had a conversation. That was when I walked up to him and made fun of his mustache. And then, the rest was history!
Tell us the proposal story~
Zach’s parents were in town that weekend. The day of the proposal, I refused to do my nails. It was the first (and only) time I had ever seen Zach get upset about my nails looking messy. After reluctantly painting them, as well as reluctantly putting on a dress and doing my hair and make-up, we headed to Castle Island in South Boston, because Zach said his parents would like to take a family photo there. It was a cold and windy March day, and I could not understand why this had to be done on today of all days. Zach and I get to Castle Island and we are waiting for his parents to arrive. As I see them walking up to us, Zach got down on one knee and proposed. I instantly started crying tears of love and joy. When I looked back up to see Zach’s parents, I noticed my parents, brother, sister, and my best friends walking towards me. The back-to-back surprises left me in tears – I couldn’t contain the amount of love and joy I felt. I loved the thoughtfulness and care that Zach put into the proposal.
