I’ve written about this so many times but I just love to shoot in the North End, my neighborhood. This day with Heather and Paul, who are also residents of this great place, was no different. We had a great time telling their story and making some fun images.
Here are a few sneak peeks and some words from the couple about their storyf
How did you two meet?
We had initially crossed paths through mutual friends and years later ended up working together at the same company. We worked together for 2 years and were friends before we eventually started dating, and were able to keep it a secret until after Heather left the company.
Tell us the proposal story~
I went to LA for work and Paul flew out to meet me so we could spend the weekend on Catalina Island. Shortly after arriving, we drove a golf cart up to a scenic overlook with a view of Avalon Bay and Paul set up the GoPro on time lapse so we could take pictures together. After we had taken a few shots, he got down on one knee and proposed! I was completely surprised and we have photo documentation of the proposal and the moments leading up to it.
What details are you most excited about for your wedding? EX. cake, vendors, location, etc.
We are most excited about having a big party with our friends and family at a beautiful location overlooking the ocean. We're also pretty pumped to go to Italy on our honeymoon and eat all the food & drink all the wine.
Where are you getting married? Misselwood in Beverly, MA
Do you have any tips or advice for couples getting ready for their session?

How was your overall session experience?
Our experience was great! Christian was fabulous to work with and made us feel at ease.
